Named GP

All patients have now been allocated a named GP.  With over 12000 patient registered at the Practice this has been quite challenging and we felt the easiest way to do this was based upon the first three letters of your last name.  By allocating patients in this way it has ensured that the number of patients are fairly distributed between all of the GP's based upon the amount of clinical appointments they provide, thus no GP has too many patients registered with them.

You can still see any doctor at the Practice and, where possible, we would encourage you to be flexible as the doctors don't all work every day.

Patients with last names beginning with A and B your named GP will be Dr Houghton

Patients with last names beginning with C, D, E, F, and GA - GOM - your named GP will be Dr McCormick

Patients with last names beginning with GOO - GZ, H, I, J, and K - your named GP will be Dr Langton

Patients with last names beginning with L, M, N, O, and P - your named GP will be Dr Damji

Patients with last names beginning with Q, R and S - your named GP will be Dr Dyson

Patients with last names beginning with T, U, V, W, X, Y, and Z - your named GP will be Dr Johnston

Over the last year we have worked hard to communicate this to everyone through writing to patients, informing them at reception and over the telephone, in consultations and by providing the information on prescriptions.
